BreatheNautics - Breathwork & Freediving
AIDA2 – Freediver

You’ve never freedived before, or you did but want to learn more.

The AIDA2 course is to freediving what open water is to scuba. After this 3-day course you’ll be able to safely participate in recreational freediving.

freediver and buddy

During the AIDA2 course we do multiple sessions in the swimming pool and in deep tanks like Dive4Life. We mix things up with theory and dry practice.

Expect 3 full days, after which you’ll be able to hold your breath for 2 minutes and dive comfortably between 12 and 20 meters depth.

What a depth session looks like

From learning the duck dive to progressing in depth, equalizing, safety drills — and of course, having fun along the way! 🌊✨️

What a pool session looks like

In a regular swimming pool we lay the foundation of a breath hold with static. Dynamic is used to train finning technique.

Of course we do safety exercises!
