The AIDA 3 course builds on things learnt in AIDA 2. We develop more skills and knowledge to understand the techniques and physiology behind deeper and longer dives.

Feel your body better and understand sensations, learn proper equalisation techniques, experience the freefall (pure magic!), become more independent and learn how to participate in training with other freedivers.
Expect 3 full days, after which you’ll be able to hold your breath for 2:45 minutes and dive comfortably between 24 and 30 meters depth.

Location: The Netherlands / Germany / Belgium
Price: EUR 620,- (or EUR 470,- **)
Duration: 3 days
Number of participants: 1-2
* You are at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental or guardian consent) and able to swim. Medical statement must be completed.
** During the Dutch summer (May–October), we can do all the depth sessions in Dutch lakes. A different experience: less travel, slightly lower visibility and a bit cheaper.
