BreatheNautics - Breathwork & Freediving

Goals for twentytwentyfive

2025 has started, and I want to write down my New Year’s resolutions and goals regarding breathwork and freediving. It’s still January, so I think I’m still on time 🙂

Accountability can be a great motivator. Here we go, online world!

Resolutions
When it comes to breathwork, I want to focus on facilitating and coaching more. The breath workshop is for a first encounter with breathwork in a very accessible and relaxed way. The beginner course is aimed at those seeking more breath awareness and practical exercises. And conscious connected breathing for diving deeper into yourself.

I firmly believe that breathwork can bring a lot to the workplace – think relaxation, focus, and overall well-being. That’s why, starting in March, we’ll bring breathwork to companies.

In 2025, I also want to continue working with the breath myself as much as possible.

As for freediving, I want to train more frequently. Spending more time in the water and building up the meters. Primarily to relax more but also to achieve better competition results. Starting cold water training earlier so I can make more progress in depth. Additionally, I want to practice more with residual volume training – thank you MT Solomons!

Goals

  • Cold plunges starting May 1
  • 50m depth in FIM and CWTB
  • 110m DYNB
  • 100m DNF
  • 5:00 static breath-hold
  • Muscle-up
  • Single-leg squat
  • Build consistency in my own breathwork routine
  • Keep growing and learning
